Because you noticed that this was a problem after a Windows update, have you also tried checking Windows tech support to see if anyone is experiencing similar issues, or requesting help from their tech support as well? Similarly, you could also try asking the tech support for the manufacturers of your computer's graphic cards.

I wasn't getting this last time I was trying to play, but the last time I played this before yesterday was sometime in January. I can't say when exactly this started being the case as I haven't been playing the game very regularly, but I noticed it yesterday when I was playing a bit and I tried alt tabbing out and got the freeze. Just want to chime in and say that I'm getting this issue as well.Īnd not just when I alt-tab but even when trying to quit the game it freezes my whole computer, whether it's in fullscreen of window, or quitting through exit game in the menu or using alt-F4, it freezes my whole computer and I have to power it off and back on again.
